PikPok’s new title Breakneck to launch on App Store on August 27th

Following a press release on August 11th, Wellington-based studio PikPok have announced a new high-fidelity title for iPhone and iPad – Breakneck. Set for launch on August 27th, Breakneck is a fast-paced, thrilling action game where players speed through an alien-occupied Earth while hotly pursued by the new and unwelcome guests on the planet.

If the speed of the game isn’t enough to keep you hooked, daily and weekly missions are also included to test your knee-jerk piloting abilities, phantom ships to keep track of the success (or failure) of your previous runs, and daily environment resets to keep the scenery changed up. Boosts and unlockable ship upgrades will also be available to further customise your Breakneck experience.

An undeniably gorgeous game with high 3D production values, this is certainly a title to keep your eye on if you’re looking for a new game for your daily commute and are fans of games such as F-Zero & Race the Sun.

Breakneck releases on the App Store on August 27th, 2015. For more information, check out  PikPok’s website.
